[NCSG-PC] CPH offer of a new meeting about DNS Abuse + Preparatory Meeting.

I understand that next week is also prep week but given that the CPH
efforts on this topic have been in place for a few months, I think we could
try to find a slot to chat next week - even despite of ICANN prep week -
and I would try to request a meeting with the CPH following that.
