[NCSG-PC] [ncsg-dns-abuse-wg] Interesting Research Pieces Incase you missed them

Hi

The trusted notifier idea is back again and as we know it can be a terrible
idea.
Also the EU has published a report on DNS abuse without any consultation
with civil society, considering industry and IPstakeholders only (at least
thats my impression at the first glance)

Even if we don’t have a position we have to meet with the CPH about this
and definitely parse out which of their activities related to ICANN mission
and which doesn’t. The fact that DNS abuse initiatives are forming one
after another is kind of puzzling for me. I thought the abuse institute was
going to gain momentum and most of the work be done there. I might be
wrong.
