[NCSG-PC] [ACTION] Appointment to PDP to Review the Transfer Policy

Dear PC,

I hope you all are well.

Following the call and reminder, for volunteers to the PDP to Review the
Transfer Policy, two members have kindly shown interest to be appointed to
the WG. They are:

   1. *Wisdom Donkor *and
   2. *Farzaneh Badii*

Since the working group already started work on May 14th 2021, please let
us know if you have any objections to their appointment. Preferably by
23:00 UTC June 1st 2021.
