[NCSG-PC] New meeting request: NCSG/CPH Engagement on DNS Abuse

Thanks Juan.
I agree, everyone in PC should join this effort, so we can get a position
quickly.
Regarding the chair of the task-force, I don't mind doing it, but I was
hoping that this will be an opportunity for members interested in
developing leadership skills to do so. In that regard, I suggest the PC
vice-chair, Akinremi chairs the task-force.
