[NCSG-PC] Election of PC vice-chairs

Hi all,

No comments were received on the proposed plan, so please find the slightly
modified timeline for the PC vice-chairs. I hope we can get in some
nominations.

1- Nomination period: from 20th to 26th January

Nominations and self-nomination are both permitted from and within PC
members (NCSG councillors, NCSG Chair, representatives from NCUC and NPOC
to PC), for a one year term for PC vice-chair position.
The nominees should accept the nomination and send a short SOI by the 26th
January.

2- Election : from 28th January to 2nd February

All PC members should vote.
The GNSO support staff will act as the election officer.
The options in the ballot should be the candidates who confirmed by the
deadline and NOTA

3- Result: should be available by 3rd February

The top 2 candidates with the highest votes of the NCSG‑PC membership will
be declared winners.

Brenda and Maryam, could you please prepare for us the Doodle poll like you
did last time for the chair election?
