<div dir="auto">1- Nomination period: from 20th to 26th January<br></div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Nominations and self-nomination are both permitted from and within PC</div><div dir="auto">members
 (NCSG councillors, NCSG Chair, representatives from NCUC and NPOC to 
PC), for a one year term for PC vice-chair position.</div><div dir="auto">The nominees should accept the nomination and send a short SOI by the 26th</div><div>January.</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">2- Election : from 28th January to 2nd February<br></div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">All PC members should vote. <br></div><div dir="auto">The GNSO support staff will act as the election officer. <br></div><div dir="auto">The options in the ballot should be the candidates who confirmed by the deadline and NOTA</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">3- Result: should be available by 3rd February<br></div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">The top 2 candidates with the highest votes of the NCSG‑PC membership will be declared winners.</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div>Brenda and Maryam, could you please prepare for us the Doodle poll like you did last time for the chair election?<br></div>
