[NCSG-PC] [NCSG-EC] Next gen selection committee

The call was in the newsletter.  I am sorry if people were unaware, 
sometimes I highlight the material in the newsletter, sometimes I am too 
busy!

the process is for members to apply and then they get the endorsement 
from the PC.  Then we put forward a name from our SG....it is not a 
given that the person will be chosen.
