[NCSG-PC] Policy Committee Chair - Call for Interest and election details

Hello all,

Just to inform you that we are following with the proposed process - Maryam
is setting up the ballots for you today and we might be able to share it
tomorrow and start the voting process.

@Olga Kyryliuk <olga_kyryliuk at ukr.net> with regards to the Vice-chairs
election, it is and shall be a different process where anyone interested
should reinstate their interests. (But it would be good to know about
Farells interest ahah)
