[NCSG-PC] [NCSG-Discuss] RPMs Comment

The comments look good to me Rafik. Though I have to confess that I have
also not actively followed RPM as an observer.

There's a time it was proposed that we have topical webinars to update
members on where we are with the different WGs. Is this possible?
