it seems a NOT was dropped for my initial message, we don't need to decide
right now.
from my initial message

those not in council and also asks him several questions.
to make it clear, this is just about the nomination for the election from
NCPH. It is not about deciding on the vote that will occur during AGM and
we will decide on that later when we hear about CPH candidate too. We need
to decide if we want to support the CSG candidate or if we believe we can
propose a candidate from our side."
