[NCSG-PC] Scheduling Webinars

Hi all,

following-up previous NCSG policy calls, we had suggested 2 topics for
webinars:
- ATRT3 recommendations
- DNS Abuse

For the latter, it becomes clear that we have to build a clear position and
strategy to deal with it but first we need to be all on the same page about
that topic. It will be a plenary session at ICANN68 and it was already a
discussion topic in the last council meeting. we got to get a plan on this.

I will follow-up about scheduling and organizing the 2 webinars.
