[NCSG-PC] [Public Comments] Call for Volunteers for NCSG Comment on Draft PTI FY21-24 Strategic Plan

Hi all,

seeing no objection and since the draft statement was amended to reflect
the comments in NCSG list, I think we can submit it.
the deadline is just 1 hour away, so I will send the statement right now.
