[NCSG-PC] Status of Replacement EPDP, call for volunteers draft

Rafik,
one question: has Stefan already become a full member from alternate,
right? I don't see his name on the EPDP wiki page.
I guess it would be good to see the application we received -- opening the
call for another 2-3 weeks might discourage that applicant a lot and send a
signal about their lack of competence. I would rather not take such a
decision if application fits for purpose.
