I got an email from Nathalie about this. I will not be able to attend
(might join remotely for the council meeting only to observe), but I’d like
us to finalize who will be my proxy for votes?

In order to ensure we can assist you as best we can, would you mind
replying to the below:

   - Do you plan to attend sessions remotely, if yes, which ones?
   - Are you assigning a proxy (fellow councilor) or temporary alternate
   for either the GNSO Council meeting or the duration of ICANN66? If so,
   please get a SG/C officer to fill in the abstention form with the exact
   dates needed:
