[NCSG-PC] NCSG PC meeting today

Hi Kathy,

I will be chairing the meeting.
the agenda is as usual starting first with GNSO council public meeting
session.
my understanding is that Subpro has been allocated a full timeslot during
NCSG meeting this week to be chaired by Stephanie. I guess that would be a
duplication ?
