[NCSG-PC] [council] IRP IoT and IRP Standing Panel -- Please Review

Hi Stephanie,

that is why I resent the reminder and communication from the council . it
will be also discussed in Marrakech meeting.
of course as it is not standard public comment, there is no indication of
who is the right ICANN staff managing this (I assume it is legal counsel).
I will reach Sam Eisner to check.
