[NCSG-PC] Meeting with the Board in Kobe

the regular meeting with the entire Board is open. I am referring to the meeting, usually with EC members and councillors, with the GNSO appointed Board members.  Usually this takes place over breakfast at an ungodly hour in the morning.

I am confused here, isn't it the usual board-ncsg meeting in constituenvy day? Or you are talking about another meeting like the one with gnso elected board members?
