we have several ongoing public comments but at least 2 have no volunteers
even after sending reminder (maybe because the holidays but still):

they are related to budget for the former is quite critical. so I am
sending this to see if  PC members want to volunteer to start the drafting.
The strategic plan needs consultation within membership and it is possibly
to organize a confcall/webinar as part of that consultation.
we need to move quickly.

1, 2 and 3 are related to some extent as they are about the ICANN budget,
operating planning but also strategical plan and the process on itself to
make them. They are quite critical and impacting the work and activities
for coming years.
