I am fine with Amr remaining on the EPDP, and I trust him completely when he says he has no active conflict of interest

I’m in the process of signing a fixed-term consultancy agreement with them, and expect to be working with them for the next six months, or so.

The PC appointed me as one of the NCSG members representing it on the GNSO EPDP on the Temporary Specification for gTLD Registration Data, so I believe I have an obligation to inform them of any association I might have with a member of another group at ICANN.

The work I’m doing for CentralNic has nothing to do with ICANN or the GNSO, and CentralNic understands that I will not be representing their interests within the GNSO, or at ICANN in general. Also, the workload I’ll be taking on will not prevent me from continuing to participate in the EPDP. I plan on updating my GNSO Statement of Interest soon, but thought I’d give you and the PC a heads-up first.
