[NCSG-PC] Call for Volunteers - SCBO

hi all,

with the new term starting, we will receive several calls to appoint and/or
to confirm representatives e.g. SSC.
we should appoint subject matter expert(s) to SCBO from NCSG in addition to
the councilors who can volunteer directly (they don't need to be appointed).
I understand that Stephanie is interested to be appointed as SME as she was
there as councilor previously. I will prepare a call for candidates.

As discussed at the GNSO Council wrap-up session in Barcelona, please find
attached a call for volunteers to join the Standing Committee on ICANN’s
Budget and Operations.  It will be helpful to have adequate representation
from both houses.  You can view the current membership here

The SCBO is formulating comments for the draft FY20 IANA/PTI budget, which
is due *12 November 2018*.  The draft FY20 ICANN Org budget is expected to
be posted on *17 December 2018*.
