[NCSG-PC] NCSG open session agenda

Hi Kathy

They are going to brief us on FY20. We really need to be prepared and have
our questions ready. We have raised the finance issues multiple times. Do
we have a new item? Is this going to be effective? Ayden is always very
vocal about this issue and has authored many letters on behalf of NCSG to
the finance team and the board. I think they were effective to a certain
extent, we got back at least some of the CROP etc. So we gotta pick our
battle. I leave it up to PC.
