Hi Stephanie,

my point is that having access as an EPDP topic is better than having the
UAM separately: with EPDP we can ensure the balance, for UAM panels we had
the same issue for every occurrence of this HIT unless we change who it is
organized. it would also help to stress that any access model discussion
should be done within EPDP not as UAM is conducted currently.
