[NCSG-PC] draft call for candidates for SSC / decision about reappointment

Hi Rafik,

May i suggest you reach out to Renata and for yourself to make up your mind before we can share the call with the membership? 

In the event the 3 of you are willing to continue, are we still going to share the call or not. I would appreciate your guidance.
