[NCSG-PC] PIR Rep Appointment Procedure

 Hi,
 

 
Do any of you have a clue what is happening at PIR?
 

 
And whether it is a healthy trend or not.
 

 
Did they inform the AC of what their actions on the board and with the ceo were all about?
 

 
Just wondering whether this needs to be understood before you suggest other apply for the role. Is the AC used to advise, is it kept informed, or is it a fig leaf?
