[NCSG-PC] Leadership program/ ICANN 64

I applied for this one, thought it was the chairing skills one.  Farzi 
has convinced me I should take that one.  I sent a cancellation request 
to Sandra Hofrichter to dump my registration application....I took that 
course when it was being launched back when I joined council, thought it 
was useful although all the govt guys on it agreed we had already had 
much of the training before.
