[NCSG-PC] Intersessional cancelled?

Perhaps unsurprisingly, no funding has been allocated to the Intersessional in the final FY19 Budget (see page 26 of Document 2). So I presume it is dead.

I also do not see any IGF travel slots approved for the NCSG/NCUC/NPOC, so I guess that's not being funded either this year.
