[NCSG-PC] Appointment of NCSG representative to PIR Advisory Council

Hi Farzaneh,

Thanks for the note.
I think we have several actions related to this appointement: tweak and
adopt a procedure for appointment, outlining ceiteria and/or how to
evaluate candidates, draft call for candidates . do we have an set date by
when we have to send the recommendations to PIR? that will help us to set
the timeline for this appointment.
