[NCSG-PC] Fwd: [NA-Discuss] Call for Volunteers: GNSO Expedited PDP on Temporary Specification for gTLD Registration Data

I would strongly urge including the 30 hours estimate.  People need to 
know how much work this is.  I do not want to carry the entire load, to 
be blunt.  Don't let anyone join who is not prepared to commit the time.
