[NCSG-PC] Fw: [Gnso-sc-budget] Where is CROP in the FY19 Budget?

I do remember back in Copenhagen that it was mentioned by staff that crop
was coming to an end as a pilot program, because it wasn't working like ot
was expected. I can't recall the specific arguemtno given back then. At
council level we won't get cph support if they don't feel generous to do
so, but we can push in ncsg level for sure (even in ncph).
