Hi,

just guessing here: maybe the most important stakeholder here the DPA and
EC(?) were not available at the proposed dates. The meeting in Brussels
office is for the WHOIS RT if I am not mistaking. Anyway, the whole thing
seems ill-planned and postponing is not a bad thing.
Still, we need to figure put about participating the webinar and the "open
house" meeting. the same issue we could face for the roundtable remains for
the open house meeting. We do need a more strategical approach to this and
I have the feeling that we are mostly, probably other groups too, in
reactive mode and not proactive.
