[NCSG-PC] Draft comment on PTI and IANA budget

Hi all,
one of our new members, Abdul Sabor, reviewed the PTI & IANA budgets report
and drafted a short comment for NCSG

. Can you please review it asap. While the PTI budget is not impacting us
directly, I think it is important to comment it anyway. the reports are

the deadline for submitting the comment is the 26th November.
