[NCSG-PC] Preparing for Johannesburg Meeting

I think auction proceeds is important as a potential webinar topic, and 
would be happy to play arole in that.  I am about to send out an update 
on auction proceeds....and there will be a survey coming out soon that 
we want people to be aware enough to participate in.
