[NCSG-PC] Diversity subgroup questionnaire

Hi all,

we should review and submit NCSG Response to diversity questionnaire soon.

. some comments still need to be resolved and also some information needs
to be backed with details like stats.
the diversity subgroup is still receiving comments, hopefully, we can
submit by the end this week.
