[NCSG-PC] CSG Position on Board Seat 14

I stand corrected. Thank you for being precise. :-)

Anyway, seeing no objections I sent this suggestion to CSG chairs,
now waiting for their response. We need to get voting started
on Friday at the latest to get it finished in time.
