[PC-NCSG] CCWG WS2 rep, i.e. Robin

Hi,

since the deadline had passed and there had been no objections, i think
that it was probably forgivable for me to ask and for Stephanie to enter
the breach.

besides it had to be a council member since it was on the council list.
