[PC-NCSG] CCWG WS2 rep, i.e. Robin

Hi,
  
 I felt the call should be made by Marilia, as PC Chair. Still do.
  
 I did call for Robin to be reappointed, received much support for the 
nomination but wouldn't want to set a precedent by declaring the nomination 
made. That's the job of the Chair. :)
