[PC-NCSG] [council] Call for Volunteers: GNSO Review Working Group

well if I did not make the cut how can I get approved as  say the 
alternate by pc committee?  doesnt PC have to work with the list of 
approved volunteers who did it by the deadline (or could they pick a NOTA?)

SP  Anyway as long as we have reps that is all I care about.
