Good day Avri,
Thanks for your comments, I will suggest keeping the community as a
category but it should be better well redefined if not its too arbitrary
as Robin mentioned from Avri's comment, but can it be well defined?
The community engagement, in my opinion there should be a yardstick of
defined set objectives of what is really expected from the new gTLDs
applicant in terms of community engagement, maybe a scorecard can help on
this one,
Definitely Anti limit on last bullet point to me.
