[PC-NCSG] Final call for NCSG on IANA stewardship transition draft proposal

All,

I have read the final draft of the NCSG submission and am personally 
happy with it. I expect to shortly be able to post a formal endorsement 
from NPOC as well.
/A minor-trivial typo is the sense error -commonly made- in the initial 
comments where: / Legal and structural separation are key. should be 
Legal and structural separationis key.
