Hi Sam,

I apologise for not noting your candidacy. I honestly didn?t see it. Must?ve missed it somewhere in the thread. I do thank you for your understanding.

Also appreciate your decision to defer to Rafik. As NCSG Chair, I also believe him to be a very suitable candidate for this job.
