[PC-NCSG] Fwd: A working group to develop recommendations on new gTLD auction proceeds

Hi ,

if it is cross-community WG, I guess that may make sense to have it with
ALAC and less with GAC.
seeing all statements to get involved in the working group, I guess we have
to wait for th idea of group to get traction and to have it formed first :)
but I would that such group will be open to everybody to participate.
