Hi everyone,


Attached please find a personal DIDP I filed today attempting to get
details of ICANN's contract with Westlake Governance and assorted matters.
I'm hoping to find a clause in the contract that would allow ICANN to force
a re-do of portions of the study that were found to be unacceptable in
terms of professional standards. I've been told by someone on ICANN staff
that such a clause exists; whether ICANN will release the information is a
whole different matter.
