Hehehe. I doubt it. The joint GAC-GNSO group is called a consultative group in order to not confuse it with a regularly chartered GNSO WG. Maybe this is a working party and not a WG for that same reason. A GNSO WG would be open to an unlimited number of members and would not require balanced participation/representation.

But that?s just a guess.
