[PC-NCSG] Meeting in Singapore

	Is there going to be an NCSG-PC meeting in Singapore, as there has been in the last few meetings? 
	I just realised there isn't one on the public schedule, and we don't seem to have discussed it. There is time set aside on Sunday afternoon for SG/C meetings (4.30- 6.300
