[PC-NCSG] URGENT: Pending NCSG Statements

Hi Avri,

I noted your question on the response to the PPSAI PDP WG. I figured some folks were busy with the NetMundial submission deadline, but still agree that there is an obligation to be fulfilled by this committee. 

So far, the three responses (all in support of the comments) were by Maria, Stephanie and myself.
