[PC-NCSG] NCSG statement on CCWG on IANA stewardship transition

Hi,
a frozen version was already shared here. moreover edits were rejected . I
think there was misunderstanding about the purpose of sharing in the NCSG
mailing list.
anyway, I would like to hear PC members opinions asap
