[PC-NCSG] NCSG statement on CCWG on IANA stewardship transition

Hi,

I also agree with Matt. Aren?t we past the deadline for editing the document anyway? Any further discussions should be associated with our participation in the CWG moving forward, but not to edit the document meant to inform the CWG during this public comment period.
