[PC-NCSG] NCPH Board seat 14 election - results second round

Hi,

I know I am copied, but a silly question just to be sure, I am suppose to
be on this call or just the GNSO councillors  and Rafik and Maria as policy
Chair ? Just for clarification.

...Not going to Brazil thus I am available all week basically..
