The answer is no.

I am sure, absolutely positive, that everyone on NCSG voted as promised.

But that is a statement of belief, not fact.

Logically I also know that in a secret ballot, one can never know, one
can just believe.

I believe.  I was just making a stmt abut secret ballots in general.
