Is it so much that he did not get support from us or that he got fewer
votes?  I vote for fewer votes.

It is a secret ballot, while we think we know, and we probably do, who
voted for whom, we actually do not know and can't know.  The reason we
require 60% is because that is the only point at which we can *know*
that one SG got at least one vote from the other SG.

Saying he did not get any of our votes is assuming facts not in evidence.
